I understand paying for return postage ($71 in Australia) but when it arrived in Denmark, they emailed me saying I have to pay an additional $90 in import fees - why are there import fees on returned goods? This is deceptive when they trade with .au and look like an Australian business. Dont buy unless you're certain on the size because the returns process is very deceptive." | |
