On 16/02 the order was in delivery again, with the same outcome- nobody present to collect the parcel. You were informed that you can pick up the order from a specific depot. After not picking the parcel, you have contacted SkatePro on 1/3 to which we have contacted the delivery company to redeliver for the last time which happeed after weekend on the 4/3 - the parcel was delivered to you. It is important to contact us as soon as something seems weird or wrong with your order, as we can try to correct it as soon as you contact us. My 13 year old son used these for scootering and within five visits to an indoor skatepark one of the fixing rivets came off the front of each knee pad. Even worse they left behind sharp, twisted metal that he cut his finger on. When I applied for a refund I was told this was wear and tear and the refund was declined. For SkatePro to deem a £39 knee pad dangerously failing within five uses by a child as being normal wear and tear and to decline a refund is unacceptable." | |

When i asked for an adjustment it took many emails and much escalation. Additionally Diogo was sure to waggle their finger at me that it was MY error for not using their website correctly…. very strange customer service tactic from Diogo the Svc Mgr. They should have tutorials if they are that harsh regarding website functionality…. or revamp the website to recognize when a person has purchased a package. The issue revolved around the fact that the order was not placed as package, as intended. The items were ordered individually and so, did not have the discounted price they would have had, had they been ordered as a package. The package has optionals and, for that reason, the system can't recognize that the two items (snowboard and bindings) are a part of a package that also includes two other optionals. Upon contact, we simply explained that the order was not placed as it should have if the package was to be considered. I apologize if you felt like there were any "customer service tactics" employed on your case. That was certainly not the case. You claimed that we have made a mistake on your order, and we did not make a mistake. We have shipped the order the way you have ordered it. Once more, we appreciate your feedback. All the best. |
