The delivery of your parcel took 1 extra business day due to a Danish bank holiday. This affected your order before it was dispatched. This Danish bank holiday has nothing to do with the parcel going through customs in the UK, which does take a few days and it's calculated into our delivery times. However, even though the delivery took one day longer, since we knew this before we dispatched your order, we adjusted the estimated delivery time accordingly. You received this estimated delivery time via email and your parcel was delivered within this time frame. We didn't deliver you a product with missing parts. The wheel you ordered didn't contain the freewheel and we don't indicate it neither in the product description, nor in the product pictures that it does. We apologize that it wasn't clear enough. However because they aren't what I expected I contacted Skatepro to return the skates. They said they would accept the return because I had used them. All I did was fit them to my feet and adjust them to my size and go up and down in my hallway to see if they were ok. This to Skatepro is usage and to me this is not and I should have been allowed to return them. I will not be buying from them again." | |
