| "I paid £45 for delivery of a set of £30 elbow pads. Call me a mug but I needed size XL and nobody else had stock. 18 days later I feel totally ripped off as I expected fast delivery for £45 but I have no items the tracking says the items are in Germany almost 1000km away and my repeated emails to Skatepro have been ignored. Postage issues can happen but there is no excuse for ignoring customer emails. And then today I get an email asking if I like the products and asking for a review. No I am not happy. I would think this was all a scam if it wasn't for the fact that apparently some other customers are happy with their orders. Assuming the other reviews are genuine! Reply to my emails this is tye worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!" | |
