| "Buyer beware! All shipments are sent from Denmark, so if you dont live in Europe be prepared for a shipping nightmare as it will be routed through Cologne, Germany with UPS. Just search for "Koeln Germany ups" and read the countless posts about packages, many of which come from Skatepro get stuck for weeks at a time. Skatepro should be aware of these issues and change their shipping accordingly. Saving $10 wasnt worth the shipping delay. I tried to contact Skatepro several times via email and chat and never received a response other than the automated "we got your email" message." | |

This was an isolated case and a general issue with every UPS shipment, not only from SkatePro. UPS' German ditribution center was experiencing a high volume of orders and mechanical issues with their airplanes.
